Application: These lines are useful for rewinding of single or twined insulated cores of Dia. range 1.5 - 10 mm.
Key features
Auto Fault Locator - Our rewinding lines have Auto fault locator that saves
user’s worries
of fault location. It has Electronically controlled fault delectector which stops the
machine in case any insulation fault in the core passes through it. After stopping the
machine it starts in reverse direction slowly and stops at the fault point and thus helps
the operator in easy fault finding and repairing it. After repairing the fault, machine can
be reset to start the reeling process again.
Controls Elongation - It has a precise dancer controller provided in close
loop which helps to avoid any kind of elongation during the rewinding process.
Smooth Operation: PLC & HMI incorporated in the machine controls, ensure
smooth performance during the running of the machine.
